Chef Lisa Holmes is Director of the Children's Culinary Academy at Highfield Hall and recently received an IACP Cookbook Award (2007) for her work on Lunch Lessons: Changing the Way We Feed Our Children. Formerly a travel journalist with Frommer's, Chef Holmes won the Waldorf-Astoria award at the Culinary Institute of America where she graduated with Highest Honors. Holmes is also a graduate of Wellesley College and is the mother of two young children.
